Job Brief:

The Production Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the daily production in the factory as well as ensuring that the productivity is achieved and the production plan is implemented with good quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop systems and procedures to maintain and improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain, and further develop the manufacturing areas per agreed business plans and according to the company's objective.
• Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
• Making sure a product can be made reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.
• Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques.
• Planning and designing new production processes.
• Producing details of specifications and outline designs.
• Champion the production process and link with the R&D / Quality department to further improve the product and the process.
• Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
• Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety.

Job Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in executive leadership positions as a Production Manager.
• Education B Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical Production or Chemical section).
• Previous experience in the paints/pharma industry is highly preferred.
• Fully aware of 5S Methodology and implementation.
• Fully aware of leading the production cycle from the ground up.
• MBA / PMP is a Plus.
• ERP and SAP user is Must.
• Alex residents are preferred.
• Gender: Males only.

• Working Hours: 8: 4.
• Day's off 2 days.
